Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Sales Manager role based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a portfolio of customers, and drive revenue growth for Livspace’s home interiors and renovation solutions. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, presenting design and service offerings, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The role involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction. The Business Sales Manager will also track sales performance, analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to sales strategies and local business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong Business Management skills, including planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
Demonstrated Sales experience, with proven ability to generate leads, convert opportunities, and meet or exceed targets.
Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and managing client expectations.
Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand market dynamics, and support data-informed decision-making.
Clear and confident Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal coordination.
Experience in retail, interiors, real estate, or related sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility to attend meetings, events, and customer visits as needed.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email).
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
