Role Description The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in building and scaling Studio429 Interiors & Modular’s business and brand. This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru involves overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business development, and guiding project delivery across concept creation, design, space planning, and turnkey execution. The Co-Founder will collaborate on strategic planning, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams to ensure project quality and profitability. Responsibilities include setting growth targets, defining service offerings, supporting marketing initiatives, and participating in hiring and team development. The role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, financial oversight, and continuous improvement of processes to strengthen the firm’s market presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
