Role Description The Telesales Executive role at Paintguard is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce Paintguard’s car protection solutions, and explain the benefits of paint protection film and related services. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, answering product and pricing inquiries, handling basic customer support questions, and scheduling consultations or appointments for the sales and detailing teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system, following up on leads, and working closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. The Telesales Executive is expected to uphold a professional, customer-focused approach and represent Paintguard’s brand values in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English and Hindi and effective listening abilities.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospective customers, nurture leads, and convert them into bookings or sales.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and CRM or telecalling software skills to document interactions and track leads efficiently.
Prior telesales or call center experience in automotive, consumer services, or related industries is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with the sales and operations teams.
Minimum high school diploma; a certificate or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
