GameTime is a growing sports marketing platform based in Montréal that connects athletes, sports communities and brands through athlete sponsorships, branded content and commercial campaigns.
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager who can take ownership of sponsorship acquisition and help grow our commercial partnerships.
This is not a social media management position. We are looking for someone who understands sales, sponsorships and brand partnerships and is comfortable actively pursuing and closing new business.
Responsibilities
Identify brands and businesses that align with our athletes and sports audience
Prospect and contact sponsorship decision-makers
Develop customized partnership angles for prospects
Conduct outbound email and LinkedIn outreach
Manage follow-ups and partnership conversations
Book and conduct meetings with qualified prospects
Present athlete sponsorship and brand campaign opportunities
Help develop proposals and sponsorship packages
Negotiate partnerships within approved GameTime terms
Close new sponsorship and campaign opportunities
Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate CRM activity
Develop long-term relationships with partners and pursue renewals/upgrades
Work directly with the founder and GameTime team
We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following:
Sports sponsorship sales, corporate partnerships, media sales, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, business development, sports marketing or advertising sales.
Existing relationships with brands or marketing decision-makers are a major asset.

Qualified prospects → Conversations → Meetings → Proposals → Sponsorship revenue
This role has the opportunity to grow alongside GameTime as our athlete and brand network expands.
Location: Montréal preferred / Remote within Canada considered
Languages: English required; French is a strong asset
Compensation: Base/retainer + performance commission, depending on experience
Type: Contract initially, with long-term opportunity
