NewGen Robo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and skilled Robotics Trainer to conduct engaging and interactive STEM training sessions for school students (Grade 3–12).
The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on learning in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, 3D Printing, Drone Technology, and Block Coding through practical demonstrations, workshops, and real-world projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct robotics and STEM training sessions in schools and labs
Teach Robotics, AI basics, IoT, 3D Printing, Drone Technology, and Block Coding
Guide students in building and programming robots, drones, and innovative projects
Provide live demonstrations and hands-on experiments
Troubleshoot technical issues related to robotics kits and equipment
Perform preventive maintenance of lab tools and robotic systems
Develop lesson plans, training materials, and project activities
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
Maintain lab discipline, safety, and proper equipment usage
Stay updated with the latest trends in robotics and educational technology
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, sensors, motors, and embedded systems
Understanding of AI fundamentals, automation, and STEM concepts
Experience with 3D Printing (designing, slicing, printer handling)
Knowledge of Drone technology and basic flight control systems
Familiarity with Block Coding platforms (Scratch, Blockly, etc.)
Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
Experience in preventive maintenance of robotics equipment
Excellent communication and teaching skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for young students
Creative, patient, and student-friendly personality
Bachelor’s degree in Robotics / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Engineering or related field preferred
Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage
