Role Description The Senior Audit Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi. This role oversees audit engagements from planning through completion, including designing audit procedures, reviewing working papers, and ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include leading audit teams, reviewing financial statements, identifying risk areas, and providing recommendations to improve internal controls and financial reporting. The Senior Audit Manager coordinates directly with clients, prepares audit reports and presentations, and supports partners with technical analysis and strategic input. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, managing timelines and budgets, and contributing to the enhancement of firm-wide audit methodologies.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret complex transactions and apply relevant standards.
Hands-on experience with Financial Audits, including planning, execution, and review of audit engagements.
Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and using Analytical Skills to identify trends, risks, and anomalies.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent, with several years of progressive audit experience.
Knowledge of applicable accounting and auditing standards, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Proven leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and performance review responsibilities.
Strong communication and client management skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines in an on-site environment.
