Our client is a US-based B2B sales and lead-generation company that works with businesses and coaches to help them grow through structured sales outreach and customer acquisition strategies.
The company focuses on identifying potential customers, starting meaningful conversations, nurturing prospects and generating qualified business opportunities and sales meetings through platforms such as LinkedIn and other digital channels.
💼 About the Role
We are looking for candidates to join an international chat-based lead generation and sales process.
You will communicate with potential customers through chat/LinkedIn, understand their requirements, answer questions, handle objections, follow up with interested prospects and help convert qualified conversations into booked sales calls.
Customer Support and Chat Support candidates are also encouraged to apply, as the role requires strong communication, customer handling, active listening and conversation-management skills.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Handle conversations with potential customers through chat/LinkedIn.
- Understand prospect requirements and respond appropriately.
- Build meaningful conversations with potential customers.
- Provide personalized responses rather than repetitive templates.
- Handle questions, concerns and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
- Convert qualified conversations into booked sales calls.
- Maintain accurate updates in CRM/tools.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve response quality and productivity.

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- LinkedIn/CRM experience will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in the 3:00 PM–12:00 AM shift.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Freshers: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
Experienced: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month
🎯 Incentives applicable after 3 months
📈 Salary revision after successful completion of 3-month probation
