Company Description BikeDilwado is a pre-owned two-wheeler marketplace designed to make buying used bikes simple, transparent, and dependable. Operating through both online and offline channels in Gurugram, the company has served more than 7,000 customers over the last three years. BikeDilwado maintains a ready inventory of over 200 pre-loved two-wheelers, each undergoing a 107-point comprehensive inspection and refurbishment at an in-house fabrication center to meet showroom standards. Customers benefit from a six-month warranty, free insurance and pollution services, and three complimentary post-purchase services, reflecting the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records maintenance. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures. The specialist will assist with employee benefits administration, handle routine HR queries, and help foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring regular collaboration with leadership and team members across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR operations.
Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and processes, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and engagement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with HRIS or HR software and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on fairness and respect.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professional integrity.
