✨ WE’RE HIRING | SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We’re looking for a creative and growth-focused Social Media Manager to join our team and lead the digital presence of a Premium Wellness Brand across Ayurveda & Wellness, Natural Skincare, Haircare and Health Supplements. This role is for someone who doesn’t just schedule posts — but understands content, trends, influencers, engagement and brand building.
📍 Location: Greater Noida | Work from Office

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and audience growth
• Create Reels, videos, graphics, carousels, stories and other engaging content
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
• Create compelling captions, hooks and creative concepts
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn , Youtube and other relevant platforms
• Identify and collaborate with influencers & content creators
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns, product seeding and collaborations
• Build meaningful creator and influencer relationships
• Drive community engagement through comments, DMs, stories, polls and interactive content
• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats and emerging content ideas
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, launches and brand initiatives
• Track analytics and continuously improve reach, engagement and content performance
• Maintain a consistent premium, sophisticated and natural visual identity
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Content Creation
✔️ Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn & Youtube
✔️ Ability to create graphics and short-form videos/Reels independently
✔️ Good command of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools
✔️ Strong creative sense and understanding of premium brand aesthetics
✔️ Experience working with influencers & content creators
✔️ Strong communication and copywriting skills
✔️ Creative, proactive, trend-aware and results-oriented
✔️ Experience in Wellness, Ayurveda, Beauty, Skincare, Haircare or FMCG will be an advantage
