Role: Oracle APEX Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle APEX Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle APEX, Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, REST APIs, ORDS, and Google Workspace integrations.
The consultant will design, build, and maintain enterprise low-code applications, extend Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
Build APEX extensions for Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2, including Financials, SCM, and HRMS.
Integrate Oracle EBS and APEX using FND authentication, SSO, APIs, interfaces, and custom schemas.
Develop bidirectional integrations using REST APIs, APEX_WEB_SERVICE, PL/SQL, and ORDS.
Integrate with Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail APIs.
Implement and manage OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure token storage.
Build external/public-facing APEX pages with role-based access control (RBAC).
Develop Interactive Reports (IR), Interactive Grids (IG), AOP, and JasperReports.
Customize applications using Universal Theme, JavaScript, CSS, Dynamic Actions, and AJAX.
Gather functional requirements and translate them into BRD/MD070 and technical specifications.
Map Oracle EBS business processes into modern APEX applications and workflows.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on Oracle APEX development experience
Oracle APEX v20.x–23.x+
Strong Oracle EBS R12.1/R12.2 experience
EBS tables/views, Open Interfaces, Concurrent Managers & XX Custom Schemas
Advanced PL/SQL & SQL Performance Tuning
ORDS (Oracle REST Data Services)
REST APIs, JSON/XML & APEX_JSON
OAuth 2.0
Google Workspace API integrations
JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3 & HTML5
Dynamic Actions, APEX APIs & REST Data Sources
Interactive Reports & Interactive Grids
Preferred Skills
APEX Office Print (AOP) / JasperReports
CI/CD using SQLcl, Git, or Liquibase
Oracle APEX Cloud Developer Certified Professional
Oracle EBS Certification
