As an Account Support Specialist, you will:
Manage end-to-end order process and resolve complex billing issues
Coordinate weekly payment schedules
Maintain detailed accounts payable records
Support pricing-related system upgrades and deployments.
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Language Maestro: Fluent in German and English
At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience
Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech
Experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance will be a plus
Customer Charmer: Experience is a bonus
