Role Description This Software Engineer Intern role is a remote internship position focused on contributing to the design, development, and testing of software applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities may include writing and reviewing code, implementing back-end features and APIs, debugging issues, and collaborating with senior engineers on technical tasks. The intern will assist in documenting software components, participating in code reviews, and learning best practices in software engineering and cloud-based development. The role offers mentorship, exposure to enterprise-grade systems, and opportunities to work on internal tools or client-facing solutions under guidance.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and basic software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience or coursework in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) using languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar.
Interest or experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly, apply problem-solving skills, and write clean, maintainable code.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and basic software development workflows is beneficial.
