About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Recruiter to join our team at Kanzleihafen. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our candidates, understanding their career aspirations, skills, and preferences. Your primary responsibility will be to guide candidates discreetly through the recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement within our partner law firms. You will work closely with both candidates and partner firms to ensure alignment of expectations and requirements, facilitating a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tax industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the tax recruitment sector, making a tangible impact on careers and the industry as a whole.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the professional services or tax industry.
Strong understanding of the tax sector and related roles such as Steuerfachangestellte, Steuerfachwirte, Bilanzbuchhalter, and Steuerberater.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with candidates and clients.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple candidates and client requirements effectively.
Fluent in German; proficiency in English is an advantage.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Act as the main contact for candidates, understanding their career goals, skills, and preferences.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of our partner law firms.
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner law firms to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate negotiations between candidates and firms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market developments within the tax sector.
Participate in networking events and industry seminars to expand our candidate and client base.
