Talend Developer / Data Engineer

Experience: 5 to 7 Years
We are looking for an experienced Talend Developer / Data Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration and ETL solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Talend, along with hands-on experience in modern data warehousing, database management, and DevOps-driven data engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend.
Work on data migration, integration, and transformation projects involving large-scale datasets.
Develop and optimize data workflows using SQL and cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake.
Leverage experience with DataStage and/or Informatica for migration, enhancement, or support initiatives.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes for data integration solutions.
Manage source code repositories using GitHub and follow version control best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and application teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize ETL processes for efficiency and reliability.
Follow DevOps best practices for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data platforms
Required Skills
Strong experience in Talend Data Integration.
Hands-on experience with SQL and performance tuning.
Experience working with Snowflake.
Knowledge of DataStage and/or Informatica.
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in GitHub and version control practices.
Understanding of DevOps methodologies and automation tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
Exposure to data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
