Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and create detailed plans for residential and commercial spaces. Daily responsibilities include space planning, preparing mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The role involves producing construction drawings, working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing site execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately. The Interior Designer will also participate in project meetings, manage timelines, and maintain documentation to support seamless project delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills for residential and commercial projects.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and the ability to coordinate design intent with structural and MEP teams.
Candidates should possess proficiency in preparing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
Strong visualization, presentation, and client communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior design studios or similar environments is preferred.
