Role Description The Madagascar Online Language School Franchise Partner will lead the development and management of Lingua Learn’s virtual language training presence in Madagascar. This contract, remote role involves overseeing local market research, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting Lingua Learn’s language and training services to public and corporate customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the local franchise operations, coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team, and ensuring effective use of the provided e-commerce platform, CRM, and marketing tools. The partner will recruit and supervise teaching and support staff as needed, monitor performance and service quality, and adapt offerings to meet local market needs. The role also includes planning and executing growth strategies to expand the school’s reach and revenue within Madagascar.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively with clients, teachers, and global support teams.
Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine local strategies.
Writing skills for preparing local marketing content, client proposals, and operational documentation.
Training experience to support onboarding and development of local staff and teachers.
Previous experience in education, language training, franchising, or business development is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to manage remote operations, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Familiarity with online platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and at least one widely spoken local language in Madagascar is preferred.
