As part of our growth, we are opening international internship positions in M&A Origination & Deal Execution, based in one of our European hubs.
Your Missions1. Deal Origination
Identify and qualify companies seeking to sell, raise capital, or acquire
Build and enrich sector-focused target lists (tech, engineering, medical)
Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) alongside senior consultants
Map entrepreneurs, executives, funds and family offices in your assigned market
2. Deal Structuring & Execution Support
Prepare investor and buyer materials: teasers, pitch decks, information memoranda
Assist in building and maintaining data rooms
Contribute to valuation work and financial analysis (multiples, comparables, basic modeling)
Track deal pipelines in our CRM and coordinate follow-ups through to closing
3. Market & Investor Intelligence
Research investors (PE funds, family offices, corporates) and match them to live mandates
Monitor tenders and market opportunities (public and private)
Produce sector notes and screening memos for the deal team
4. International Exposure
Work directly with our founding team and country partners
Participate in cross-border deal flows between France, Spain, CEE and beyond
Attend investor calls and, where possible, client meetings
Profile Sought
Student in Business School, University (Finance, Economics) or Engineering — Master's level preferred, gap year welcome
Strong interest in M&A, private equity, fundraising or entrepreneurship
Excellent written and spoken English; French, Spanish, Polish or Bulgarian is a plus
Comfortable with prospecting and direct outreach — you're not afraid of the phone
Rigorous, autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset
First experience in finance, sales or startups is a plus, not a requirement
