Role Description The ONSITE TUITION TEACHERS role is a full-time position based in Ernakulam. In this role, teachers deliver structured tuition sessions to small groups or individual learners, following the relevant school or college curriculum. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing teaching materials, explaining concepts clearly, assigning and reviewing homework, and monitoring learner progress. Teachers will provide regular feedback to learners and, where appropriate, communicate with parents or guardians about performance and areas for improvement. The role also involves maintaining a positive classroom environment, adapting teaching methods to different learning styles, and participating in occasional training or internal meetings to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering curriculum-based tuition to school or college learners.
Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design structured, goal-oriented sessions and prepare appropriate learning materials.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for explaining concepts, providing feedback, and interacting professionally with learners and families.
Candidates should possess Training and instructional skills to guide learners, address doubts, and support skill development over time.
Relevant academic qualifications in Education or subject-specific fields (e.g., Mathematics, Science, Languages, Commerce) are preferred.
Prior experience in classroom teaching, tuition centers, or mentoring learners is beneficial.
Ability to manage time effectively, maintain accurate records of learner progress, and uphold a respectful, inclusive learning atmosphere.
