Role Description:
The Co Founder with Investment role at TEW DMC can be part time, full-time position based in India. You will work closely with the founders to define the company’s vision, business model, and long-term strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating business opportunities, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and cultivating relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners. The role involves monitoring financial performance, participating in key operational decisions, and guiding research on market trends and customer needs. The Co Founder will also contribute capital, support fundraising and partnerships, and ensure that TEW DMC operates in a sustainable, scalable manner.
Qualifications:
Background in entrepreneurship, business development, or leadership roles in early-stage companies is preferred.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate business models, financial performance, and market opportunities.
Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder management, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
Research skills to assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prior experience in travel, hospitality, events, weddings or related service industry is preferred.
Ability to take initiative, and make data-informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
