About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tranine R&D chemist to join our research & Development team in a mid-sized chemical manufacturing organization. The candidate will
be responsible for product development, process optimization, analytical support, and scale-up activities across multiple chemical and allied industry segments.
Key Responsibilities
Good base on organic chemistry and knowledge of the chemical reactions
Conduct research and development activities for specialty chemicals, fine chemicals, cosmetic ingredients, nutraceuticals, and API-related products.
Carry out laboratory experiments, trials, and validation studies as per project requirements.
Support pilot plant and production scale-up activities for newly developed products.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and environmental standards.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of chemical synthesis and process chemistry.
Exposure to GMP, GLP, ISO, and safety practices preferred.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
Good communication and coordination skills.
