N.B.: This is initially a REVENUE-SHARING COLLABORATION opportunity, NOT a fixed-salary position.
There will be NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY during the initial phase.
The selected candidate will work as a YouTube Channel Manager / Video Production Partner and will receive a mutually agreed share of the channel's revenue, based on the agreed responsibilities and contribution.
The arrangement may be reviewed and potentially converted into a fixed-salary or salary + incentive role as the channel's revenue and operations grow.
Please apply only if you are comfortable with a revenue-sharing model and are genuinely interested in building and independently managing an already monetized YouTube channel.
