AI/ML Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and continuously improving machine learning and AI-powered solutions that address real-world business problems.
You will work closely with our R&D, engineering, and business consulting teams to transform ideas and business requirements into scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
- Develop intelligent solutions using modern Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI techniques.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Build and optimize ML pipelines for production environments.
- Integrate AI/ML models into web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and foundation models.
- Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, R&D professionals, and business consultants.
- Participate in research and prototyping of new AI-driven products and services.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and follow software engineering best practices.
- Stay updated with developments in AI, ML, LLMs, computer vision, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, evaluation, and optimization.
- Experience working with databases, APIs, and data-processing pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, cloud platforms, and ML deployment is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and AI agents.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model monitoring.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with computer vision or NLP.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and modern backend technologies.
- Experience taking AI/ML projects from research or prototype stage into production.
