Role Description The Business Analyst D365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand supply chain processes, gather and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. The Business Analyst will analyze current workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that align with best practices in inventory, procurement, warehousing, and order management. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, preparing process documentation, supporting configuration and testing activities, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. The role also includes training end users, assisting with change management, and providing ongoing support after implementation.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to evaluate processes, interpret data, and define actionable solutions.
Proficiency in understanding Business Process workflows and mapping current and future-state operations across supply chain functions.
Ability to elicit, document, and manage Business Requirements, including use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and creating clear, user-friendly documentation.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, preferably in Supply Chain Management (procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, or sales order processing).
Experience in ERP implementation or enhancement projects, including testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in D365 or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced, continuous-improvement environment.
