Role Description The Assistant Store Manager Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohtak. This role supports day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring timely order picking, packing, and dispatch. The Assistant Store Manager Operations monitors performance metrics, implements process improvements, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with delivery teams, resolving operational issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting training and development of store associates. The Assistant Store Manager Operations also contributes to creating a positive work environment and delivering a smooth, reliable customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong operational and organizational skills, including experience managing inventory, workflows, and daily store activities.
People management skills, with the ability to lead teams, allocate tasks, provide feedback, and support training and performance development.
Customer service orientation, with skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and maintaining high service standards.
Basic data and reporting skills, including comfort with using spreadsheets, dashboards, and store management systems to track performance.
Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with store staff, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak periods, as required by store operations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or a related field is an advantage.
