Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure smooth functioning of front-office and back-office activities. Responsibilities include supervising service delivery, assisting with client queries, tracking inventory and supplies, and maintaining records and reports. The role also involves supporting management with basic administrative tasks, helping implement process improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
Operational and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting.
Customer service and communication skills to handle client interactions professionally and clearly.
Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of office productivity tools and data entry.
Ability to supervise staff, support team coordination, and work collaboratively across functions.
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or clinic/center administration is an advantage.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
Comfort working in an on-site environment and flexibility to adapt to operational needs.
