Role Description
Role: Freelance Software Developer
RBIS Technology Pvt. Ltd. is onboarding skilled freelance software developers with 2–5 years of experience for an upcoming engagement supporting Microsoft.
The selected developers will work on project-based development tasks assigned through a Microsoft portal. Developers can work with any development technology or programming language, provided they have strong coding and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and complete assigned technical tasks/projects.
Understand requirements and independently deliver solutions.
Write quality, maintainable code.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Communicate effectively in English.
Submit completed work through the designated platform.
Incorporate feedback where required.
Opportunity Details:
Experience: 2–5 years
Work Model: Freelance / Project-Based
Compensation: USD $45/hour
Technology: Any programming language/development technology
Task Allocation: Through the Microsoft portal
Work Evaluation: Submitted tasks will be independently evaluated and accepted/rejected based on applicable criteria.
