Role Description The Research and Development Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. This position supports R&D projects by conducting experiments, collecting and documenting data, and maintaining laboratory equipment and inventories. The role involves preparing samples and reagents, following standard operating procedures, and assisting in the development and optimization of protocols. The assistant collaborates with senior researchers to perform literature reviews, summarize findings, and contribute to technical reports and presentations. Daily responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, organizing laboratory records, and coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret experimental data and troubleshoot issues.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) experience and practical Research skills in scientific or technical projects.
Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation, equipment handling, and adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for documenting work, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members.
Basic knowledge of relevant scientific disciplines (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering) and familiarity with standard lab software or data tools.
Ability to follow detailed instructions, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
Undergraduate degree or diploma in a related field such as science, engineering, or technology is preferred.
Prior internship or entry-level experience in a laboratory or R&D setting is an advantage.
