If you’re someone who likes being involved in different things, wants to understand how a business actually works, and doesn’t want an internship where every day looks the same — this might be for you.
At Elysora Films, we’re looking for a Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the Founder and get a real behind-the-scenes look at how a growing wedding photography and filmmaking company is run.
You’ll be involved in things across operations, clients, marketing, research, coordination and new projects — so there’s always something new to learn.
What you’ll be doing
* Working directly with the Founder on day-to-day tasks
* Coordinating with photographers, cinematographers, editors, freelancers and vendors
* Helping with client follow-ups and communication
* Assisting with wedding and pre-wedding project coordination
* Helping with social media and marketing activities
* Researching competitors, trends, venues and new opportunities
* Working on presentations, documents, spreadsheets and research
* Helping organise internal processes and systems
* Assisting with collaborations and new business ideas
* Following up on tasks and making sure things stay on track
* Taking ownership of assigned tasks instead of waiting for constant instructions
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A final-year student or recent graduate
* A good communicator
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
* Curious and willing to learn
* Proactive and comfortable taking initiative
* Able to handle multiple things at once
* Interested in business, marketing, startups, photography, filmmaking or the wedding industry
* Comfortable working directly with the Founder
You don’t need to have everything figured out. If you’re willing to learn, take responsibility and actually get involved, that’s what matters to us.
