We're looking for a serious, hands-on Co-Founder — someone who thinks like an operator, not just an investor. This is for a person who understands the full 360° of building a startup: brand, product, operations, finance, and go-to-market — and who brings the network, influence, and capital to move fast.
Your Role
- Shape the company's global vision and growth strategy end-to-end
- Lead partnerships, fundraising conversations, and international expansion
- Open doors with luxury retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders through your own network
- Bring capital and/or investor access to accelerate early growth
- Help establish Ruh Al Fann as a leading sustainable luxury fashion brand
Who We're Looking For
- A high-net-worth individual or someone with direct access to serious capital
- Strong personal network and influence within luxury, retail, or GCC business circles
- Proven experience building or scaling a business — a true 360° founder mindset, comfortable across strategy, operations, and execution, not just one lane
- Entrepreneurial, decisive, and genuinely passionate about sustainability
- Committed for the long haul — this is a build-together partnership, not a short-term role or advisory seat
