Salary Budget
CTC: 15,000-17,000 or 18,000 25,000 (depending on the hiring category/process)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: 247 Rotational Shifts
Login Hours: 9 hours
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off
Roles Profile
Responsible for Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
Responsible for Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
Responsible for Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Undergraduates, Graduates, Freshers, and Experienced candidates are all welcome to apply.
English + Hindi communication skills are mandatory.

Laptop with Intel Core i3 or i5 processor
