🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Designer & Social Media Executive who can independently manage creative requirements and support the end-to-end social media presence for Tamil Nadu.
The ideal candidate should have strong skills in graphic design, reels/video editing, social media content, local audience understanding, and marketing communication.
The candidate should be able to take complete ownership from 💡 Idea → 📋 Planning → 🎨 Designing → 🎬 Editing → 📱 Publishing Support → ✅ Final Execution.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
🎨 Creative Design
Design high-quality social media posts, campaign creatives, posters, banners, and advertisements.
Create professional brochures, leaflets, presentations, company pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
Maintain consistent brand identity, design standards, typography, colors, and visual quality.
🎬 Reels & Video Editing
Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing content.
Understand current social media trends and convert them into engaging and relevant content.
Edit videos with appropriate transitions, text, music, effects, captions, and branding.
📱 Social Media Management
Plan and execute the Tamil Nadu social media content calendar.
Develop content based on Tamil Nadu audiences, local trends, festivals, cities, events, and regional opportunities.
Support the complete creative process from concept development to final execution.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, shoots, offers, events, and regional activities.
🤖 AI & Creative Tools
Use AI design and content creation tools effectively to improve creative output and productivity.
Ensure AI-assisted content maintains a professional, original, and human-finished look.
🔍 Quality & Brand Management
Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, typography, alignment, layout, and overall finishing.
Maintain brand consistency across digital and offline marketing materials.
Review all creatives before final submission or publishing.
🎯 Required Skills
🎨 Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Visual Communication.
🎬 Good experience in Reels, Short Videos, and Video Editing.
💻 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional tools.
🖌️ Good knowledge of Canva and modern AI creative tools.
📱 Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Shorts, and social media trends.
📊 Understanding of social media content planning and marketing communication.
🧠 Creative thinking with the ability to convert ideas into engaging visual content.
⏱️ Ability to manage multiple creative requirements and meet deadlines.
🔍 Strong attention to detail and professional-level finishing.
💪 Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
🗣️ Language Requirements
Mandatory:
🇮🇳 Tamil: Professional speaking, reading, and writing.
