About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Help us deliver experiences that shape leaders and transform organizations.
ASPIRE Executive Academy is growing its programme management team.
We’re looking for exceptional Senior Programme Managers who can bring structure, energy, professionalism and flawless execution to high-impact executive education and corporate learning programmes.
ASPIRE Executive Academy is an executive education and corporate learning institution focused on developing leaders, strengthening organizational capabilities, and helping businesses navigate transformation.
We design and deliver executive education, leadership development, and customized corporate learning programmes for organizations across a diverse range of sectors, including banking, financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, hospitality, real estate, technology, manufacturing, RMG, conglomerates, multinational corporations, government, and public-sector organizations.
Our programmes bring together senior executives, leading faculty, industry experts and organizations tackling some of today’s most important business challenges.
And behind every exceptional learning experience is an exceptional programme manager.
If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with senior stakeholders and take pride in making complex programmes feel effortless, we’d love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Programme Manager – Executive Education, you will play a critical role in ensuring our executive and corporate learning programmes are delivered to the highest standards.
You’ll work closely with ASPIRE’s programme, faculty and client teams to turn programme plans into outstanding participant experiences — whether the programme is delivered in person, online or through a hybrid format.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, client-focused and comfortable taking ownership from planning through delivery and beyond.
What you’ll be responsible for
Programme Planning & Delivery
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of executive education and customized corporate programmes.
Build and manage detailed programme timelines, schedules, run sheets and delivery plans.
Coordinate venues, technology, learning platforms, materials, catering, travel and other programme logistics.
Ensure every programme element is delivered accurately, on time and to a consistently high standard.
Anticipate challenges, solve problems quickly and keep programmes moving smoothly.
Faculty & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with faculty, facilitators, speakers, coaches and programme partners.
Coordinate faculty requirements, briefing materials, schedules and session logistics.
Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain clear communication before, during and after programme delivery.
Client & Participant Experience
Help create a seamless, professional and engaging experience for senior executives and corporate clients.
Support client communication and respond confidently to changing requirements.
Manage participant communications, registration, materials and programme information.
Be present and proactive during programme delivery, ensuring issues are resolved before they become problems.
Programme Operations & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate programme documentation, trackers and operational records.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers where required.
Support post-programme feedback, reporting and evaluation.
Identify opportunities to improve programme processes, participant experience and operational efficiency.
What we’re looking for
We’re particularly interested in professionals who bring:
🔹 Experience in programme or project management, ideally within executive education, higher education, corporate learning, consulting, events or a similar client-facing environment.
🔹 Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing sight of the bigger picture.
🔹 Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior executives, corporate clients, faculty and external partners.
🔹 A client-first mindset and a natural instinct for delivering polished, professional experiences.
🔹 Calmness under pressure — when plans change, you don’t panic; you find a solution.
🔹 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong professional English.
🔹 High attention to detail, combined with the ability to prioritize and make decisions quickly.
🔹 Digital confidence, with experience working across online platforms, virtual classrooms, collaboration tools and programme management systems.
Experience in executive education or corporate learning?
That’s a strong advantage.
We’d especially love to hear from people who have worked with business schools, universities, executive education providers, management consulting firms, L&D teams, corporate academies or professional training organizations.
What makes this opportunity different?
At ASPIRE Executive Education, programme managers are being paid for project ownership, delivery, availability, coordination, problem-solving and excellent client experience, not classroom teaching.
Work with leaders who are shaping business.
You’ll be part of programmes designed for senior executives and high-potential leaders across some of the region’s most dynamic organizations.
Work alongside outstanding faculty.
Collaborate with experienced educators, industry practitioners, facilitators and thought leaders to bring learning experiences to life.
Gain exposure across industries.
No two programmes are the same. You could find yourself supporting a leadership programme for a financial institution one week and a transformation or strategy programme for a multinational organization the next.
Make a visible impact.
Programme management at ASPIRE isn’t simply about logistics. It’s about creating the conditions for meaningful learning, powerful conversations and lasting organizational impact.
Be part of a growing institution.
ASPIRE Executive Academy is building a globally minded executive education and corporate learning platform focused on leadership, organizational capability and transformation. This is an opportunity to grow with us and contribute to that journey.
Who will thrive at ASPIRE?
You might be the person we’re looking for if:
You make complexity look simple.
You can have 20 things happening at once and still know exactly what needs to happen next.
You think three steps ahead.
You spot potential issues before they reach the client or participant.
You care about the details.
Because you know that the little things can make a big difference to an executive learning experience.
You’re comfortable around senior people.
You communicate with confidence, discretion and professionalism.
You’re adaptable.
You can move seamlessly between an in-person boardroom programme, a virtual classroom and a hybrid learning environment.
You take ownership.
You don’t wait to be told what to do when something needs fixing.
You care about learning.
You understand that outstanding programme delivery ultimately exists to create outstanding learning experiences.
The ASPIRE Programme Managers
This is a freelance opportunity, making it particularly well suited to experienced programme professionals who value flexibility and want to work across a portfolio of high-impact executive education engagements.
Successful candidates will join our freelance programme management team and may be engaged on programmes based on experience, availability and programme requirements.
Assignments may vary in duration and format, with opportunities across in-person, online and hybrid executive education programmes.
Ready to make an impact?
If you’re an experienced Programme Manager who can combine operational excellence with exceptional client service, we want to hear from you.
