About Us
Hi there! We’re Qloud Games, an Australian-headquartered, fully-remote indie studio with team members hailing from around the globe. We’re looking for an experienced Creator Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager to help us bring Loftia to players all around the world as we approach our Early Access launch.
Loftia is a solarpunk life-sim MMO that blends the creative and cozy elements of titles like Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley, together with a social and online world with thousands of other players. We ran a US$1.3m Kickstarter campaign in 2023, have an online community of 700,000 followers on social media, and over 70,000 excited players in our Discord. As we head into launch and beyond, we’re looking for someone who deeply understands gaming creators, influencer marketing, and paid creator campaigns to help us scale this side of our marketing. You’ll be responsible for identifying the right creators for Loftia, reaching out to them, building relationships, negotiating partnerships, coordinating campaigns, reviewing content, and making sure everything goes live smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
Plan and execute paid influencer and creator campaigns around Loftia’s major marketing beats, including launch, updates, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Research and identify creators across platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, Instagram and other relevant channels.
Proactively conduct creator outreach and build relationships with creators, managers and talent agencies.
Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, timelines and campaign terms with creators and their representatives.
Coordinate contracts and campaign agreements from outreach through to completion.
Write clear creator briefs that give creators what they need while still allowing their content to feel authentic to their audience.
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals and publishing schedules.
Track campaign performance and help us understand which creators, platforms and content formats are driving the strongest results.
Maintain an organised pipeline of creator relationships, negotiations, campaign statuses and future opportunities.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proactive and self-driven person with hands-on experience executing creator marketing campaigns, ideally within gaming. You should understand how gaming creators work, how sponsorships are typically structured, and take a campaign from initial outreach all the way through to published content.
Ideally, you have:
Previous experience in gaming influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, games marketing or a closely related field.
Experience setting up and managing paid creator campaigns end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of the gaming creator ecosystem across YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Experience personally conducting creator outreach and negotiating partnership rates and deliverables. With a good understanding of sponsorship agreements, content usage rights, exclusivity, disclosure requirements and common creator campaign terms.
Experience reviewing creator content and giving constructive, creator-friendly feedback.
Strong organisation and the ability to manage many conversations, deadlines and deliverables simultaneously.
A genuine understanding of gaming culture and the games creator space.
Experience working on indie games, cozy games, life sims, MMOs or PC/Steam game launches would be a major plus. Existing relationships with gaming creators, creator agencies or talent managers would also be highly valuable.
The Role
We’re looking for someone who can start immediately and jump straight into upcoming launch campaigns.
We’re open to discussing the right working arrangement depending on the candidate, including full-time, part-time or contract/freelance, provided you have meaningful availability during the launch period.
In this role, you will work closely with Loftia’s founders and marketing team.
