Role Description The Remote Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Clara, CA, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities across HHG’s development projects. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, including construction, finance, and vendor partners, to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Remote Operations Manager monitors project progress, maintains documentation, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk. Key responsibilities include managing workflows, tracking performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and supporting compliance with local regulations and company policies. The role also involves regular communication with leadership and field teams to align operations with HHG’s mission of community-focused development.
Qualifications
Operations management skills, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and process improvement.
Project coordination skills, such as scheduling, documentation management, and cross-functional communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
Proficiency with standard office and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project tracking tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in real estate development, construction, or property management operations is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
