Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy tailored to the Latin American market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key regional media (both Spanish and Portuguese), influencers, bloggers, and industry analysts.
Lead all media outreach, including press releases, press conferences, media briefings, and exclusive interviews.
Secure high-quality, positive media coverage in top-tier regional publications and broadcast channels.
Act as the company's local spokesperson and manage all media inquiries with professionalism.
Proactively identify and manage potential PR crises and issues, protecting the company's reputation.
Monitor, analyze, and report on PR campaign results and media mentions.
Organize and manage PR events, from press launches to corporate announcements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in a PR role, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on the Latin American market.
Existing and demonstrable relationships with key media outlets in Latin America (Mexico and Brazil are essential).
Local & Cultural Expertise:
Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is highly preferred.
Deep understanding of Latin America's media landscape, social norms, cultural nuances, and business etiquette.
Knowledge of the regional socio-political and economic environment.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to act as a confident and effective company spokesperson.
Strong existing network of local media and relevant stakeholder contacts.
Experience in crisis management and issues resolution.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Results-driven with a portfolio of successful PR campaigns in the region.
