We’re Hiring | STEM & Robotics Lab Lead — Mumbai
CodeMinors is expanding, and we’re building something exciting — a STEM, Robotics, AI & Innovation Lab for students aged 6–18.
We’re looking for a hands-on STEM & Robotics professional who can help us build and run the lab from the ground up.
This is more than a teaching role. You will have the opportunity to help shape the lab, develop projects and curriculum, work with students, and build a strong hands-on learning environment.
What you’ll work on:
• Arduino, ESP32 & Raspberry Pi
• Robotics, sensors, motors & electronics
• IoT & automation projects
• Python and AI-based projects
• STEM & engineering challenges
• 3D printing and prototyping
• Student projects and innovation challenges
• Robotics competitions such as WRO
• Developing hands-on curriculum for different age groups
• Setting up and maintaining lab equipment
• Helping us select the right tools, kits and equipment for the lab
Who we’re looking for:
Someone who is hands-on, curious and loves building things.
You should ideally have:
• 2–5 years of experience in robotics/STEM/engineering/technology
• Strong practical knowledge of Arduino/robotics/electronics
• Experience working with children or students is a plus
• Python/IoT/AI knowledge is an advantage
• A project portfolio is highly valued
• Robotics competition experience is a plus
• Good communication and mentoring skills
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who doesn't just want to teach from a predefined curriculum, but wants to build, experiment, create and grow a STEM lab with us.
