Web Design and Development Intern/Volunteer

Fundacja EdukWings is a non profit organization based in Katowice, Poland. Our mission is to provide assistance to those who need them most through social assistance, education, and digital innovation. We are looking for a tech savvy intern to help us build a strong digital presence that reflects our mission.
The Role We are looking for a Web Design & Development Intern to take ownership of our foundation's website. You will work directly with the Board to improve our online visibility.
Design & Update: Refresh and maintain our website (currently transitioning to www.edukwings.pl) to ensure it is modern, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive.
UX/UI: Create a clean, accessible layout that allows beneficiaries (seniors, students) to easily find information.
Maintenance: Ensure the site is secure, fast, and up-to-date with our latest projects and events.
Creativity: Implement visual elements that align with our brand identity.
Requirements
Tech Stack: Familiarity with WordPress (or similar CMS), HTML/CSS, and basic design tools (Figma/Canva).
Language: Good command of English (B1+) and Polish(optional).
Eye for Design: You understand what makes a website look professional and trustworthy.
Self-Starter: You can work remotely without constant supervision.
