Role Description The Executive Advisor – People Management is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves advising senior leaders and HR teams on people management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and organizational development. The Executive Advisor will design and deliver training programs, conduct workshops, and facilitate leadership development interventions. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients, analyzing people and organizational data, preparing strategic recommendations, and creating concise, actionable reports and presentations. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that advisory and training solutions align with client objectives and best practices in people management.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret people data, assess organizational challenges, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Consulting experience in leadership, HR, people management, or organizational development, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and the ability to convey complex concepts clearly in writing and speech.
Foundational understanding of finance as it relates to people initiatives, budgeting for programs, and interpreting business metrics.
Experience in designing and delivering training, workshops, and leadership development programs.
Proven track record in executive advisory, HR business partnering, or leadership development roles.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple client engagements, and demonstrate high professional integrity.
