Performance Marketer | Real Estate

About the Role
Blue Ladder Realty is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with strong experience in real estate, especially Gurgaon projects and high-ticket properties up to ₹10 Cr.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
* Manage high-budget performance marketing campaigns
* Generate high-quality leads for premium real estate projects
* Track CPL, conversions, ROI and overall campaign performance
* Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversions
* Manage and optimize website performance and landing pages
* Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and visibility
* Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and business goals
Requirements
* Proven experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing
* Must have handled Gurgaon real estate projects
* Experience with high-budget campaigns
* Experience marketing high-ticket properties up to ₹10 Cr
* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
* Good understanding of SEO, website management & landing pages
* Strong analytical and performance-driven approach
* Immediate Joiner preferred
