Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Billing Executive role based in Kolkata. The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing and issuing accurate invoices for vehicle sales, service, and spare parts, ensuring all entries are recorded correctly in the billing system. The role includes verifying customer and transaction details, coordinating with the sales and service teams, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date records. The Billing Executive will handle daily reconciliation of billing data, support finance-related documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant tax requirements. The position requires consistent interaction with internal stakeholders and customers to provide clear information on billing and payment status.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Billing Process and Invoicing, including accurate data entry and adherence to billing standards.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review transactions, identify discrepancies, and support reconciliation activities.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and interact with customers regarding billing and payments.
Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance knowledge related to billing, taxes, and payment methods.
Relevant skills such as proficiency with billing or ERP software, MS Excel, and numerical accuracy are highly beneficial.
Prior experience in billing, accounts, or dealership operations is preferred; a diploma or degree in commerce, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial records.
