Role Description The Recruiting Intern is a full-time, hybrid role based in Visakhapatnam, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and maintaining candidate databases. Daily responsibilities include assisting in conducting preliminary interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and helping organize onboarding and training activities for new hires. The role also involves preparing recruitment reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and collaborating with the HR and consulting teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support the full recruitment lifecycle.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with onboarding and basic induction activities.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
Comfort with using HR tools, spreadsheets, and online job platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic consulting environment.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Interest in building a career in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
