F&B Operations Coordinator

Role Description
The F&B Operations Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for supporting daily café operations and ensuring a smooth guest experience. This role oversees order flow, coordinates with kitchen and service staff, and helps maintain consistent quality in food and beverage service. The Coordinator monitors inventory levels, assists with procurement, and supports adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, resolving service issues, and supporting staff scheduling and basic training. The position collaborates closely with management to implement operational improvements, maintain service standards, and uphold the café’s commitment to healthy, honest food.
Strong customer-facing skills, including Communication and Customer Service abilities.
Foundational knowledge and practical experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations.
Understanding of Food Safety principles and ability to support hygiene and compliance practices.
Ability to coordinate day-to-day operations, manage basic inventory, and support staff scheduling.
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or F&B environment is preferred.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on healthy and specialty diets
