Role Description The Store Assistant role at Sumak is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Store Assistant will support daily store operations, including welcoming customers, answering questions, and providing product information. Responsibilities include handling retail sales transactions, replenishing and organizing stock, maintaining clean and orderly displays, and assisting with inventory checks. The role also involves working closely with colleagues, following store procedures, and supporting any training activities for new team members.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to interact professionally.
Basic Organization Skills to manage transactions and stock efficiently.
Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Basic computer literacy, including excel and emailing systems. Knowledge of an ERP is an advantage.
