Job Description – Developer / Team Lead (Java Full Stack)

Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers while actively contributing to the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern web technologies.
Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architecture decisions.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and product owners to deliver business solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Support CI/CD implementation, deployment activities, and production releases.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Experience in enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
