Role Description The Presales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Presales Specialist will work closely with the sales and product teams to understand Hlthtek products that includes an advanced flagship HMIS named HTMATE and other solutions, client requirements, prepare solution proposals, and deliver product demonstrations tailored to customer needs. Daily tasks include analyzing customer pain points, presenting technical and functional capabilities, creating presentations and documentation, and supporting sales meetings and negotiations. The role involves responding to requests for information, collaborating on proof-of-concept activities, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The Presales Specialist will also contribute to improving presales processes, gathering market feedback, and ensuring a smooth transition from presales to post-sales engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess HMIS and other digital health are solution pre-sales experience for hospitals and clinics, strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret data, and align solutions with business objectives.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, explain product features, and engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Consulting and Presales skills to understand requirements, craft tailored proposals, and support solution design and demonstrations.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build trust, respond promptly to inquiries, and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in presales, solution consulting, or business development in technology or healthcare domains is an advantage.
Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint), basic CRM usage, and documentation is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple opportunities, and adapt to client schedules and priorities.
