Job Description – Backend Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with a strong academic foundation (graduation
from top-tier institutes preferred) and 3+ years of hands-on experience backend systems. The ideal
candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, API development, database management, and
cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js/NestJS/Python/Kotlin or
similar framework.
 Develop and maintain web APIs with Python using frameworks such as Django,Flask,Fast
API etc.
 Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs, microservices and backend services.
 Integrate backend services with web, mobile and third-party platforms.
 Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
 Design and optimize database schemas using MongoDB and manage real-time data with
Firebase.
 Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
 Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating in code reviews.
 Troubleshoot production issues, monitor application health and improve system reliability.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
Required Skills
 3+ years of experience in backend development.
 Strong proficiency in Node.js, and Nest.js
 Hands on experience with Python and Kotlin
 Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
 Experience with MongoDB and database design.
 Experience with Fire base (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging,
Storage)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from
top-tier institutes.
