Role Description This full-time, remote Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining customizations and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, including extensions, custom modules, workflows, and reports that align with best practices and performance standards. The developer will collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and other technical team members to support implementations, upgrades, and ongoing enhancements across multiple enterprise clients. Daily responsibilities include coding and troubleshooting, optimizing system performance, managing data migration and integration tasks, and ensuring solution stability and security. The role also includes documenting technical designs, participating in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to continuous improvement of Singleclic’s delivery frameworks.
Qualifications
Strong Software Development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including solution design, customization, and extension using X++ and related technologies.
Proficiency in Programming concepts and practices, including object-oriented design, debugging, performance tuning, and secure coding standards.
Hands-on Integration skills with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, D365 data entities, and middleware for connecting F&O with other ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
Understanding of Business Process modeling and optimization, with the ability to translate functional requirements into efficient technical workflows and configurations.
4+ years Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or related Microsoft ERP solutions, including upgrades or migration from NAV to D365 F&O, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in consulting or multi-client environments, preferably in sectors such as finance, healthcare, government, or large enterprises.
Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and automated build/release processes for Dynamics 365
