Role Description This full-time Junior Architect role is a hybrid position based in Mumbai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Architect will support architectural design activities, including preparing drawings, layouts, and 3D models, and assisting in the development of design concepts for healthcare and related facilities. Daily tasks include coordinating with senior architects and project teams, contributing to documentation sets, and participating in site visits and reviews as needed. The role also involves collaborating with engineering, software, and integration teams to ensure that architectural plans align with technical requirements and project goals. The Junior Architect will help track project progress, maintain design standards, and support communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including creating drawings, models, and design documentation.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration sufficient to collaborate with technical teams on system requirements and compatibility.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as basic planning, task coordination, and tracking deliverables.
Strong proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with building codes and standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with internship or entry-level experience preferred.
Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Mumbai with remote collaboration.
