Content Creator & Brand Marketer

Augusta Probate helps executors and beneficiaries navigate inherited property and probate sales across the UK.
We’re looking for someone creative who can help us find unique ways to reach people who may be dealing with an inherited property, not just create standard social posts.
We want someone who can think beyond the obvious.
That could mean unusual campaign ideas, partnerships, community-led content, creative outreach, referral concepts, social experiments or new ways of getting in front of executors, beneficiaries and property professionals.
You’ll help us with:
Creative marketing campaigns
Social content and short-form ideas
New ways to reach people dealing with inherited property
Brand positioning
Property and probate education
Referral and partnership ideas
Content that makes Augusta Probate memorable
You do need strong creative instincts, curiosity and the ability to think about how a brand gets attention, not just what it posts.
Qualifications
Strong writing and communication skills
Good understanding of social media, especially LinkedIn, Instagram and short-form content, youtube, tiktok
Ability to come up with original marketing and campaign ideas
Comfortable turning complicated topics into simple, engaging content
Curious about how brands attract attention and reach new audiences
Able to work independently and take an idea from concept to execution
Basic understanding of branding, content marketing or digital marketing
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar content creation platforms
Nice to have:
Experience in property, legal, finance or another complex industry
Experience creating campaigns that generated engagement, leads or audience growth
Video editing or design experience
Experience growing a brand or social account from an early stage
