Appointment Setter

We're a clipping agency that turns long-form content into short-form clips for creators, podcasts, streamers, brands, apps, software companies, films, TV shows and music artists. Our network of 2,500+ clippers posts across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and our clients only pay for verified views.
We're growing and looking for setters to join the team.
What you'll be doing:
✅ Finding creators and brands who'd be a great fit (we'll go into more detail in the interview)
✅ Starting conversations with them through Instagram DMs and cold email
✅ Booking calls with our founders
You won't need to close deals or talk about pricing. Your job is to get the right people on a call. We handle the rest.
How you get paid 💰
💵 20% commission on every client you bring in. Our deals range from $550 to $10,000, so that's $110 to $2,000 per client
💵 Bonuses when you hit your targets
💵 If you're consistently booking calls after your first month, we'll also pay you for every qualified call you book
To be upfront: this is commission-based with no base pay. The more good calls you book, the more you earn.

Who we're looking for:
✔️ A decent, personal-branded Instagram page (you'll be reaching out from your own account, so it needs to look professional and credible)
✔️ Strong written English (you'll be messaging people in the US, UK and worldwide)
✔️ Comfortable messaging strangers and hearing "no" without taking it personally
✔️ A good understanding of the people you're reaching out to, and how clipping can grow their audience and sales (we'll cover this in training)
✔️ At least 10 hours a week
✔️ Reliable, quick to reply, and coachable
Bonus points if you have:
⭐ Experience in appointment setting, cold outreach, sales or customer support
⭐ Experience with tools like Gmail, Notion, Instantly or Calendly
⭐ A good sense of what makes a clip go viral
